Monthly Goals
- Use Wii at least twice a week
- Eat healthier snacks
- Wear pedometer everyday
- Exercise 5 times/Week
- Eat out only 1-2 times per week
- Cook at least 1 meal/Week
- Explore the Filling Foods Options
- Eat more vegetables and less carbs
- Drink at least 6 glasses of H2O/Day
